Students may add or drop courses from his schedule during the first week of the semester without any penalty.

Student wishing to withdraw from a class or more after the Drop and Add deadline and before the withdrawal final deadline will receive a “W” grade which will be recorded on the transcript and appropriate tuition/fees are assessed. The grade of "W" is not used in calculating the student's GPA.

  • Student will not be able to withdraw from course/courses after the withdrawal deadline.
  • Please contact the Office of the Registrar to learn about the deadline.
  • Absence from classes does not constitute a withdrawal
    • The date of withdrawal will be the date the request is approved.
    • Students changing from full-time to part-time status should contact the Registrar’s Office regarding their fee obligations.
    • Contact the Office of the Registrar and fill the required form

How to withdraw from courses

Forced Withdrawal

Students may be required to leave the university or its residences for any of the following reasons:

  • Failing to meet the required payment schedule
  • Academic or disciplinary actions

Students would be required to complete the withdrawal process and will be responsible for all charges.
